Posted in CPA Networks by Dave on September 16th, 2008

If you’re serious about affiliate marketing and you’re looking for a top quality network, look no further than Market Leverage. The MarketLeverage performance marketing network provides publishers access to some of the most lucrative offers in the industry. The payouts rank amongst the highest in the industry which makes MarketLeverage and essential tool for publishers seeking to monetize their websites, blogs, search search engines or email marketing lists.

MarketLeverage is staffed an experienced team of affiliate managers who are well versed in assisting publishers at all levels of experience. They specialize in growing productive affiliates which is the backbone of any performance marketing network. If your affiliates and publishers aren’t earning, that means the network isn’t earning, which means advertisers aren’t getting their dollars worth. MarketLeverage has developed a successful strategy to cater to both affiliates and advertisers alike, which is a primary reason MarketLeverage has grown revenues by 5,642% between 2004-2007 according to independent audits conduted by McGladrey & Pullen LLP.

The MarketLeverage publisher interface definitely leaves something to be desired but that doesn’t mean offers won’t convert or that they don’t have some hot offers available. Unfortunately, the layout isn’t compact, it requires a lot of clicking to get to code and it can be daunting for inexperienced publishers to figure out how to navigate as seen in this screenshot of the “find offers” interface :

MarketLeverage

Here’s the basic rundown of MarketLeverage :

Overview : MarketLeverage was founded by CEO Michael Jenkins as PrecisionPlay Media in 2001. Since then, MarketLeverage has grown to one of the web’s largest “Cost Per Acquisition” (CPA) networks enabling web advertisers and publishers the ability to harness the power of performance marketing. MarketLeverage has delivered millions of profitable sales and leads to advertisers through their unique network of web publishers and promoters.

Fraud Prevention : MarketLeverage affiliates are pre-screened via telephone by an affiliate manager before acceptance into the network. My screening process was very quick and they responded to my application within 24 hours of submission. The screener was very helpful and informative and I was made aware of some of the more lucrative offers available on the network.

Tips : The best tip I can offer for maximizing your potential with MarketLeverage is to take some time and look through the offers before jumping in an promoting only a few. The publisher interface provides a lot of useful information from which a serious affilaite can gleam ideas and perspective niches if you open your mind to the different offerings.

Service and Support : MarketLeverage provides ample support, in fact the affiliate managers are willing to go the distance to assure publishers are treated like gold. In my opinion, that’s a healthy scenario that fosters growth for both publishers and the network alike.

MarketLeverage Payment Options: Affiliates can opt to receive payments by check, Wire Transfer ans Paypal. Payments are sent out on a Net 15 basis and there is a $25 minimum payout threshold.

Affiliate Best Programs Opinion : In my opinion, MarketLeverage is rapidly becoming one of the major players in the over-saturated performancing marketing industry but the one thing that will sepeate them from the rest is their hands-on approach to building a relationship with publishers and affiliates at all levels.

Other than the MarketLeverage being a bit aggressive, over-zealous and nepotistic, there are some really great offers and they have a boatload of email submit and lead based programs that are a killer for PPC marketing and email marketing. They also have a decent amount of incentivized offers which makes the network very well rounded for all types of promotion and marketing.

Just my opinion but MarketLeverage is lightyears ahead of it’s competitors and sure the affiliate managers are a bit aggressive but if it yields more sales, so be it.

I have won a prize in their contest but they have not sent it to me yet :-( I know it’s not wise to call them a scam yet but I won the flip mino and a usb w/them but still it hasn’t yet reached me.

Dave, once again I am in total agreeance with your coverage of a program. I joined ML a few months back but after seeing chimps like Tyler Cruz pimping contests sponsored by ML, I pulled all my offers and moved over to Hydra Network.

It seems like the staff at ML are total noobs and hook up with every douchebag sel proclaimed super affiliate they meet at the cheese conventions.

Who the hell takes Tyler Cruz seriously anyway? It’s all a bullshit game and ML seems consumed with it.

Few mixed reviews here, I’m not sure I should try this or not, I may read a few other reviews else where first.

    Countolaf,

Congratulations on winning the Flip Mino and USB pen. We mailed your items on August 27th. Since you are out of the country it may take a considerable amount of time to reach you. If you do not receive it by the end of the week or middle of the next week please reach out to me. If you have any questions at all don’t hesitate in reaching out to me and I would be happy to help.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sign-up for affiliate programs, get approved and go in to hook them up only to find crappy banners. Crappy banners won’t convert! ML is totally different. Their stuff converts. Try them.

@Bethany Gifted - I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review of MarketLeverage if I didn’t believe they were a solid network but if you’re easily convinced by a review that only sparkles and shines, you might want to try reading any pimp blog that’s going to sell you the moon and the stars for your referral.

The reviews I offer here are not “sponsored”, they are not “incentivized” and they are certainly not paid for. What you get is my honest opinion, nothing less.

Let me give you one small tip though… Whenever somebody is trying too hard to sell you on something and they don’t elaborate on the pros and cons, chances are, you’re being hoodwinked.

As I stated stated several times in the article, MarketLeverage is a top quality network.

Forget about the garbage somebody posted about not getting a free digital camera from some idiotic blog contest. That was my one criticism of MarketLeverage, ie: sponsoring contests. It makes them look cheap if they have to give things away to get people to join, not to mention, freebies, giveaways and contests only attract the lowest common denominator of affiliates and certainly attracts the crybabies and whiners.

Why be so blatant about making money online ? It’s those bloggers who make nothing because the idea is beat.

  9. Lois on September 18th, 2008

good tips. Every program has strengths and weaknesses so if you learn to work them you can make better money.

  10. joliber on September 20th, 2008

Honestly, this is my first to hear about MarketLeverage.. If its fraud prevention really works, embellished with good service and support MarketLeverage can surely make a big impact in the affiliate marketing world.. Anyway, thanks, I’ll check this one!

The only thing I care about is if the paychecks are on time and ML always delivers right on time.

  12. Dusty on September 21st, 2008

Is there someplace in my publisher account where I can select my payment method ? I heard that they pay by Paypal or by checks. I want to select Paypal as my method.

  13. Vlasta Oritz on September 28th, 2008

I would like to know the same thing too Dusty. Where can I select Paypal as my preferred method of payment ?
